XT30-to-XT60 power adapter for field repairs
This compact adapter bridges an XT30 male plug to an XT60 female socket, letting you power a TS100 soldering iron directly from an XT60-equipped battery. It also serves FPV pilots, drone builders and RC hobbyists who need a quick cross-connection between the two common connector sizes. The separated XT30 lead keeps the assembly short and tidy on a workbench or in a field kit.
Current limited by the smaller XT30 interface
The XT30 side is rated for 30 A continuous, so the whole assembly cannot exceed that figure even though the XT60 socket accepts up to 60 A. Users must ensure the load stays within the 30 A ceiling to avoid overheating the adapter or the source battery. No active electronics or protocol conversion are present; it is a passive copper link only.
Short split-lead construction for tight spaces
The XT30 pigtail breaks out from the balanced line, reducing overall length and letting the plug sit flush in crowded battery bays or charger ports. Gold-plated contacts on both ends resist corrosion from outdoor flying sessions. The moulded strain reliefs survive repeated connect-disconnect cycles during field repairs without cable fatigue.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the XT30 or XT60 side for my TS100 soldering iron?
The adapter has an XT30 male connector that plugs into the TS100 iron and an XT60 female connector that accepts your battery lead.
What does the 100 in the SC100 label mean when I use this in the field?
The SC100 marking indicates the adapter supports fast-charging protocol handshakes up to 100 W, so your TS100 can draw its full rated power from a compatible battery.
Does the XT60 interface cap the current I can pull through this adapter?
The XT60 connector is rated for 60 A continuous, which is well above the TS100's maximum draw, so the connector will not limit performance.
