Mid-Back Task Chair Set

The Lorell 41842 Soho set delivers a mid-back task chair designed for desk-based work. A pneumatic seat-height adjustment lets each user find a comfortable position quickly. Mesh back material promotes airflow to help keep the sitter cool during long sessions. An upholstered fabric seat cushion adds supportive padding for extended use.

Upgrade From Basic Seating

This chair replaces fixed-height or non-adjustable office chairs that lack lumbar support. The jump is worth it when daily sitting time exceeds a few hours and lower-back strain becomes noticeable. Adjustable armrests, tilt tension and a tilt lock let the user fine-tune posture support. A 360-degree swivel adds mobility without leaving the seat.

Practical Limits Of The Standard

The chair measures 25.3 inches in length, 24.5 inches in width and 42.5 inches in height. Its weight is 31.97 units as supplied by the manufacturer. Buyers needing a high-back design or a headrest will not find those features here. The mid-back height supports the lumbar region but does not extend to the upper back or neck.

Questions about this item

How much floor space do the 25.3" length and 24.5" width dimensions of the Lorell 41842 require?

The chair occupies a footprint of 25.3 inches deep by 24.5 inches wide, so allow at least that much clear floor area plus room to swivel.

What is the correct order for attaching the 5-star base, gas lift and seat during assembly of the 41842?

Insert the gas lift into the base centre, place the seat mechanism onto the lift, then press down firmly until it locks; skipping the lock step leaves the chair unstable.

Which parts of the 41842 chair are most likely to need replacement after extended daily use?

The pneumatic gas lift, tilt tension knob, caster wheels and fabric seat cushion are the wear items typically replaced over time.
