L075 Jaw Coupling Hub for 3/4 inch Shafts

This carbon steel hub accepts a 3/4 inch round bore with a standard keyway and set screw locking. It suits general power transmission duties where a straight jaw profile and inch series dimensions are required. Builders needing a larger bore or metric series should look elsewhere.

Rated to 11000 RPM with interchangeable spider

At 100 RPM the hub transmits 0.14 hp with a Buna N spider, 0.21 hp with a Urethane spider and 0.36 hp with a Hytrel spider. Higher speeds or torque demands will exceed these ratings and require a larger coupling size.

Solid steel construction runs without lubrication

The hub itself adds no moving parts beyond the spider element so noise and heat depend on the chosen spider material and alignment. Misalignment or worn spiders will increase vibration and temperature in normal operation.
