17-inch Cartoon Polyester Backpack

This beige polyester backpack fits laptops up to 17 inches and suits children who need a lightweight daypack for school or short trips. The cartoon pattern and bus theme appeal to younger students. Adjustable padded shoulder straps and a soft-shell build keep the load comfortable through the day. It weighs 0.4 kilograms and measures 12 by 5.4 by 16.5 inches.

Sustained daily use

The polyester shell is not water resistant, so prolonged rain or heavy spills will soak through to the contents. Dual two-way zippers and reinforced stitching on the straps hold up to repeated opening and shoulder pressure. A single main compartment, one front pocket and two side pockets organise books, a pencil case and water bottles without internal dividers. The soft structure collapses when empty, reducing bulk in storage.

Upgrade from smaller school bags

This pack replaces 15-inch bookbags when a child starts carrying a larger laptop or more textbooks. The jump is worth it once the device exceeds 15 inches or the daily load regularly fills a smaller main compartment. It does not suit buyers who need a rain cover, a framed hip belt or a dedicated tablet sleeve. The 17-inch laptop compartment dimension is the limiting factor for larger devices.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the polyester shell trap when the bag is carried all day?

The 0.4 kg polyester construction is lightweight and breathable, so it does not hold heat against the back during extended wear.

What must I already own for the 17 inch laptop sleeve to be useful?

You need a laptop with a screen up to 15 inches; the compartment fits most devices of that size.

Will the dual two-way zippers still close smoothly if I keep using an older, bulky binder?

The main zippered pocket is sized for books and folders, so a standard binder fits without stressing the zippers.
