Ideal for small delicates

This medium mesh laundry bag measures 12 by 16 inches and protects underwear, bras, socks and baby clothes during machine washing. The fine polyester mesh lets water and detergent flow through while preventing tangling, snagging and deformation. A reinforced metal zipper stays hidden under a 4 cm elastic band to stop accidental opening. The bag is foldable for compact storage when not in use.

Durable under repeated cycles

High-quality polyester fabric resists tears and abrasion over many wash and dry cycles. Tightly woven seams add strength so the bag keeps its shape and protective performance load after load. The zipper cover remains secure throughout agitation and tumbling, delivering a quiet, snag-free experience every time. Mesh permeability stays consistent, ensuring thorough cleaning without wear on delicate fibres.

Check your laundry routine

Verify that 12 by 16 inch dimensions suit the items you want to protect. Confirm you tuck the zipper fully into the elastic band before each cycle to prevent it catching. Ensure machine settings match the care labels of the garments inside the bag. Note the product is not intended for drying, melting or exposure to temperatures above 140 to 176 degrees.

Questions about this item

Does the mesh fabric trap heat when the bag tumbles in a dryer all day?

The fine polyester mesh lets air and water pass through freely so heat does not build up inside the bag during long wash or dry cycles.

What must I already have for this 12 x 16 inch bag to work?

A washing machine and optionally a dryer large enough to hold the 16 x 12 x .7 inch bag; no special fittings or adapters are required.

Will the metal zipper snag on older agitator machines?

The zipper tucks into a 4 cm elastic band that covers the teeth, preventing snags on agitators or drum edges in older models.
