Hands-free right-angle flashlight

The Lumapro 49XX82 is a right-angle safety-rated flashlight built for hands-free use. Its yellow plastic body holds an LED module that delivers up to 250 lm in a fixed spot beam reaching 238 m. Two output modes let you choose between maximum brightness and a lower setting. The light runs on four AA alkaline cells, which are not included.

Users needing hands-free illumination

This flashlight suits workers and outdoor users who need a light that can stand upright or clip to gear while keeping both hands free. The 6.5-hour run time at full output supports a full shift or extended hike. Buyers who want a rechargeable system or an integrated charging circuit should look elsewhere, as this model uses disposable cells only. The fixed-focus beam also limits flexibility for wide-area flood lighting.

Simple alkaline power for any kit

Because it accepts standard AA batteries, the light fits into any kit without proprietary packs or cables. The 1 m drop rating and plastic construction keep weight low at just .8 oz with cells installed. No charger is required, so you can swap fresh batteries in seconds wherever replacements are available. The fixed spot pattern throws light far ahead for pathfinding or inspection tasks.

Questions about this item

Which batteries do I need to power the ZORO SELECT 49XX82 flashlight?

The light runs on four AA alkaline cells; they are not included in the box.

Can I use the right-angle flashlight while it sits in a tool belt next to older AA gear?

Yes — it uses the same standard AA alkaline cells as most legacy lights, so no special chargers or adapters are required.

How can I confirm the beam reaches the rated 238 m distance after I insert fresh batteries?

Aim the fixed spot beam at a distant target in darkness; if the hotspot remains clearly visible at roughly 238 metres, the output matches the 250 lm specification.
