Ergonomic Aluminum Stand for 10–15.6″ Laptops

The LUOM C08LS elevates a laptop by six inches to bring the screen to eye level, reducing neck and shoulder strain during long sessions. Its open-back aluminium frame promotes passive airflow around the device, while rubber pads grip the chassis and prevent the stand from sliding on the desk. The stand weighs 2.24 pounds and measures 12.68 by 8.03 by 2.44 inches.

Upgrade from Flat Desk Use

Replacing a flat laptop position with this riser improves posture and cooling without adding a powered cooler. The jump is worth it when you work at a fixed desk for hours and want a stable, fan-free platform that folds flat for transport. It supports every size from 10 through 15.6 inches, including 13.3 and 15.4 inch models.

Sustained Passive Cooling Under Load

Because the stand has no fans, thermals depend entirely on the laptop’s own exhaust and the open aluminium chassis. During extended workloads the aluminium acts as a heat spreader, and the unobstructed rear lets hot air rise naturally. Users who need active airflow for heavy sustained loads should look for a powered cooling pad instead.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 12.68 x 8.03 inch base of this stand occupy?

The stand measures 12.68 inches deep by 8.03 inches wide, so it fits on a standard desk or kitchen counter while leaving room for a keyboard and mouse.

Does the stand arrive fully assembled or do I need to attach any parts?

It ships as a single piece — no bolts, screws or tools are required; just place it on the desk and set the laptop on the rubber-gripped arms.

Will the rubber pads and feet wear out and need replacement?

The rubber on the holder arms and the rubber feet are built into the aluminum frame; they are not designed to be user-replaceable, but the aluminum construction resists bending that could stress them.
