Universal Laptop Riser

The LUOM C08LS is an aluminum stand that lifts laptops from 10 to 15.6 inches for better ergonomics. It suits office workers, students and home users who type for long periods. The open frame lets air reach the underside of the notebook. No fans are included, so cooling relies on passive airflow.

Passive Cooling Limits

Heat leaves the device through the open back and the aluminum surface alone. There is no active fan to force air through tight vents. Heavy workloads on a gaming notebook may still throttle without extra airflow. The stand simply gives hot air a path to rise.

Aluminum Build and Grip

The frame weighs 2.24 pounds and uses aluminum alloy with rubber pads on the contact points. Rubber feet keep the stand from sliding on a desk. The surface holds laptops up to 8.8 pounds without flex. Underneath space fits a keyboard or mouse when the laptop is raised.

Questions about this item

Is the C08LS suitable for my 15.6-inch laptop?

Yes, the stand supports laptops from 10 up to 15.6 inches, so a 15.6-inch model fits within the maximum size limit.

How much does the open-back design actually lower temperatures?

The open back and aluminium frame promote passive airflow around the laptop base, helping dissipate heat without any fans.

Does the stand connect via USB or need power for its cooling?

No, the C08LS has no fans and requires no power connection; cooling relies entirely on natural convection through the open design.
