H4/HB2/9003 LED Conversion Kit

This pair of dual-beam LED bulbs replaces halogen H4, HB2 or 9003 capsules in headlamp or fog-light housings. Each unit draws 35 W and emits 3600 lm at 6000 K cool white, giving a combined output of 7200 lm per set. The 12–24 V operating range suits most passenger vehicles without extra wiring.

Plug-and-play fit with Canbus support

The bulbs use the factory connector and a built-in driver that operates from 9–32 V DC at 3.2 A ±0.2 A. Integrated current control and dual-polarity design prevent flicker on most Canbus systems. A 12 000 RPM IP67 turbo fan and convex LED chips keep the heat sink roughly 30 % cooler than standard units, though tight housings or sealed dust covers can restrict airflow and trigger thermal throttling.

7200 lm set output with 50 000-hour rating

The 3200 lm rated flux per bulb delivers a wide 61–120° beam spread for high and low beams, improving distance visibility in darkness. Output is stable across 9–14.5 V forward voltage, but voltage drops below 9 V or sustained loads above 32 V will reduce lumen maintenance. Not suited for vehicles that require separate high-beam and low-beam capsules or proprietary projector modules.
