6 V / 12 V Battery Analyser

The LUOM KW650 tests 6 V and 12 V lead-acid batteries rated from 100 to 2000 CCA, covering flooded, AGM flat-plate, AGM spiral and gel types. It suits professional workshops and serious DIY owners who need a quick health check on cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, boats or lawn mowers. The tester works with the battery in or out of the vehicle. It is not for lithium chemistries or for systems outside the stated voltage range.

Handheld tester with integrated clamps

The unit measures 5.94 x 3.22 x 2.2 inches and runs on AAA batteries, so it needs no external power supply or laptop connection. A built-in DC polarity indicator warns of reversed leads before a test begins. The package includes the analyser and a user manual. No software installation or subscription is required, freeing the operator to move between bays or job sites.

Conductance testing with STM-32 processor

The STM-32 chip delivers results in milliseconds with a claimed accuracy above 99.5 %, referencing Midtronics methodology. Readings include voltage, internal resistance, cold-cranking amps, health percentage and charge status, followed by a Good, Recharge or Replace recommendation. The device also checks starting and charging systems, and supports firmware updates to maintain coverage over time. Noise level spans -10 to +56 dB during operation.
