Universal 10-Mode OBDII Scanner

The LUOM KW830 reads and clears engine fault codes on 1996 and newer OBDII-compliant petrol and 12 V diesel cars, SUVs and light trucks. It is not suitable for hybrid or electric vehicles. A 2.8 inch colour screen shows code definitions, freeze-frame data and live sensor graphs. The tool also displays I/M readiness status for emissions testing.

OBDII Interface Constraints

The scanner communicates through the standard 16-pin OBDII connector using the protocols mandated for 1996-onward vehicles. It cannot access manufacturer-specific body, chassis or transmission modules that sit outside the 10 standard OBDII modes. Power is drawn directly from the vehicle's 12 V socket, so no separate supply is required.
