LUOM OZC4 4K HDMI USB 3.0 Capture Card

The LUOM OZC4 is a compact video capturing device that connects an HDMI source to a computer over USB 3.0. It accepts an input signal up to 4K at 30 Hz and records or streams at 1080p 60 fps. The aluminium alloy shell houses a single HDMI input, an HDMI loop-out and a 3.5 mm microphone jack. It is aimed at streamers, educators and anyone recording gameplay or presentations.

Check your source and software before ordering

Verify that your console, camera or set-top box outputs HDMI and can run at 4K 30 Hz or 1080p 60 Hz. The capture card records at 1080p 60 fps maximum, so a 4K source will be downscaled. Ensure your streaming software — such as OBS Studio, VLC or Vmix — is installed on a system running Windows, Linux, macOS or Android. A standard AWG 26 HDMI cable up to 15 metres is supported for 1080p and lower resolutions.

Fits into a streaming

Connect the HDMI source to the input, the loop-out to a monitor for zero-latency local viewing, and the USB 3.0 cable to the host computer. The built-in 3.5 mm mic input lets you add commentary without a separate audio interface. No driver installation is required; the device works as a plug-and-play UVC device.
