Aluminium stand with dual 100 mm fans

The LUOM P43F is a foldable aluminium riser that holds laptops and tablets from 11 to 17.3 inches. Two 100 mm fans draw heat away through a perforated top surface while enlarged silicone pads keep the device from sliding. The stand supports up to 22 lbs and folds flat for transport between office, library or kitchen.

USB-powered cooling with fixed dual-fan speed

Both fans run from a single USB connection and operate at a constant high speed; there is no manual or automatic speed control. Cooling capacity is limited to the airflow two 100 mm fans can generate, so very high thermal loads may still throttle the processor. The open-bottom design relies on unimpeded desk space for intake air.

Check laptop footprint and USB port placement

Verify the device footprint fits within the 249 x 220 mm platform and that the combined weight stays under 22 lbs. Ensure a free USB-A port or powered hub is available for the fan cable. Thick rear-vent laptops may block the stand’s intake holes, reducing effectiveness.

Questions about this item

Does the P43F fit a 17.3 inch laptop?

Yes, the stand supports laptops and tablets from 11 to 17.3 inches, and the aluminium alloy frame is rated to hold up to 22lbs without wobble.

How much cooler will the dual 100 mm fans keep my notebook?

The two high-efficiency fans push air through the hollow base, increasing airflow and reducing internal temperatures so the laptop's own fans run less often.

What connection do the fans use and does it limit speed?

The fans draw power from a USB port on the laptop; speed is fixed at the dual high-efficiency setting with no software control.
