USB A to USB C cable for data and charging

The LUOM PQ057 is a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with USB A and USB C male connectors. It suits users who need fast file transfers between external SSDs and computers or who want quick charging for phones, tablets and a Nintendo Switch. The two‑pack gives a spare for travel or a second workstation.

10 Gbps transfer with 3 A power delivery

Rated at 10 Gbps (1250 MB/s), the cable moves large photo libraries and video projects in seconds. It delivers up to 3 A at 5 V (60 W) with a 56 kΩ pull‑up resistor for safe QC 3.0 charging. It cannot drive 4.5 V/5 A or 5 V/4 A proprietary fast‑charge modes and does not support video output or laptop‑to‑laptop links.

Braided build tested for 20 000 bends

Double nylon braiding and reinforced strain relief survive over 20 000 bend cycles and 10 000 insertions. Metal connector shells resist wear during daily plug‑unplug routines. The 3.3 ft length keeps desks tidy while reaching wall chargers or laptop ports without excess slack.

Questions about this item

Will the 10Gbps cable work with my older USB 3.0 external SSD?

Yes, the USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable is backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, though transfer speeds will be limited to the older device's maximum capability.

How can I verify the cable is delivering the full 10Gbps transfer rate after connecting it?

Transfer a large file between the SSD and computer; sustained read/write speeds approaching 1250MB/s in your OS transfer dialog or benchmark tool confirm the link is operating at Gen 2 rate.

Does the 2-pack include a wall charger or only the two braided cables?

Only the two 3.3ft USB-A to USB-C braided cables are included; a QC 3.0 compatible power adapter must be purchased separately to enable 3A fast charging.
