This two-pack provides two 3.3 ft USB 3.2 Gen 2 cables with USB-A to USB-C connectors. Each cable supports 10 Gbps data transfer and up to 3 A 60 W QC 3.0 fast charging. The braided nylon jacket and metal connectors are rated for 20000 bends and 10000 plug cycles.

For SSD and phone users needing speed

Suits users connecting USB-C SSDs, hard drives, smartphones or tablets to USB-A ports for 10 Gbps transfers and 3 A charging. Not for buyers who need video output, laptop-to-laptop data or charging, or cables longer than 3.3 ft.

10 Gbps data rate decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the 10 Gbps (1250 MB/s) data sync rate. If your workflow requires this bandwidth for external SSDs or rapid file sync, the cable matches; otherwise a slower cable may suffice.

Questions about this item

Is the 3.3 ft length the only one available?

The cable is supplied at 3.3 ft; no other lengths are offered.

What does the 10 Gbps rating mean when I copy files to an external SSD?

Expect up to 1250 MB/s transfer speed, so large video or photo folders move in seconds rather than minutes.

Does the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface limit charging or data in any way?

The connector handles 10 Gbps data and 3 A at 60 W charging; it does not carry video or support laptop-to-laptop transfers.
