LUOM TSB01 cooling pad for 11–17.3″ laptops

The LUOM TSB01 is a foldable laptop stand with four built-in fans that draw power from a USB Type-C port. It supports notebooks and tablets from 11 inches up to 17.3 inches and weighs 460 g in its four-fan plastic configuration. The aluminium-alloy and plastic frame is designed for desk use and portable storage.

Four fans and Type-C power change daily use

Four fans move air at 0.9 m/s while total input power stays at 3 W and current at 0.6 A. The Type-C charging interface lets the pad run from a laptop port or a standard USB charger without a proprietary brick. Noise stays below 40 dB, so the cooler remains quiet during office work or media playback.

Fold-flat design eases setup; watch cable routing

The stand folds to 307 × 53 × 114 mm for storage and unfolds to a 190 × 190 mm surface. No drivers or software are required — just plug the Type-C cable into a powered port. The only common issue is cable strain when the laptop sits near the port; leave slack so the connector does not lever sideways.

Questions about this item

How often do the four USB-powered fans need cleaning or replacement?

The four fans draw 0.6 A at 3 W and run at 0.9 m/s airflow; wipe dust from the intake vents every few months and the sealed bearings require no scheduled replacement.

What limits cooling performance first during extended heavy loads?

The stand supports laptops up to 16 inches on a 190 mm square surface, so larger 17.3 inch devices overhang the fans and reduce airflow before thermal saturation occurs.

How much noise and heat does the pad add when running all day?

Rated noise stays below 40 dB and total input power is only 3 W, so the pad adds minimal audible sound and negligible extra heat to the desk.
