LUOM TSB01 Adjustable Cooling Stand

The LUOM TSB01 is a foldable laptop cooling pad that doubles as a sit-stand desk riser. It supports devices from 11 to 17.3 inches and uses four USB-powered fans to move air through an alloy frame. The stand suits home-office workers and gamers who want a portable riser with active cooling in a single unit.

Tool-free Setup and Common Issues

Unfold the legs, set the desired height angle, and plug the Type-C cable into any USB port; no drivers or software are required. The 3 W draw at .6 A means most laptop ports can power all four fans without an extra adapter. The main friction point is cable routing — the Type-C lead sits at the rear, so tight desk setups may need a right-angle adapter to prevent strain on the port.

Compatibility Checks Before Buying

Verify that your device footprint fits within the 190*190 mm platform and that the maximum supported diagonal of 16 inches covers your model; larger 17.3 inch units may overhang. Confirm you have a free USB-A or USB-C port capable of delivering .6 A for the fans. The stand weighs 460 g, so ensure your desk surface can accommodate the folded depth of 53 mm when stored.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the four fans are running at the rated 0.9 m/s airflow after I set the stand up?

With the Type-C cable connected, listen for the fans; the spec rates noise below 40 dB and airflow at 0.9 m/s, so a quiet, steady breeze at the vents means the unit is operating as intended.

What comes in the box and what must I supply separately?

The package contains the foldable stand with four built-in fans and silicone grips; you need to provide a USB power source with a Type-C plug to run the cooler.

Which version suits a 16-inch laptop best — the 375 g dual-fan or the 460 g four-fan model?

The TSB01 is the four-fan plastic model weighing 460 g and supports devices up to 16 inches, so choose this version for maximum cooling on a 16-inch notebook.
