LUOM V5 Wired Gaming Mouse

The LUOM V5 is a right-handed wired gaming mouse that connects via USB. It uses an optical sensor with six selectable DPI steps from 500 to 4000 and features six programmable buttons. The ergonomic shape suits palm or claw grip styles and includes a metal base for rigidity.

For competitive FPS players and MOBA users

This mouse suits players who want adjustable sensitivity and macro-capable buttons for fast-paced games. It is not for left-handed users, buyers who need wireless freedom, or anyone who requires more than six programmable buttons for complex MMO rotations.

Optical sensor with 4000 DPI maximum

The AHGA5050 optical sensor tops out at 4000 DPI with a 6600 frames per second refresh rate and 20G maximum acceleration. Six fixed DPI stages are indicated by distinct LED colours. If your playstyle demands higher sensitivity or a wireless connection, this sensor specification will not meet that need.

Questions about this item

What are the physical dimensions of the LUOM V5 mouse so I can check if it fits my hand and desk space?

The mouse measures 120 mm long, 75 mm wide and 45 mm high, with an ergonomic right-hand shape designed for palm or claw grip.

How do I install the mouse and what is the step users often miss?

Plug the USB cable into a free port; the driver installs automatically on Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista or Mac OS 9.x+, then use the supplied software to program the six buttons — skipping the software step leaves the extra buttons unassigned.

When will the main switches need replacement and how is that determined?

The Omron micro-switches are rated for 20 million clicks; once that cycle count is reached the click feel degrades and the switches should be replaced.
