Questions about this item

How do I install the LUXA2 HO-TBL-PCTCBK-00 mount on a windscreen or dashboard, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Press the suction cup firmly onto a clean, smooth surface and engage the locking lever; the step people miss is cleaning the glass or dashboard thoroughly first, otherwise the grip fails.

What maintenance will the suction cup and rubber grips need over time?

Wash the suction cup and rubber grip with warm soapy water to remove dust and oils, then air-dry; this restores adhesion and prevents the device from slipping.

At what point does the 180° flexible neck stop holding a tablet steady during a long drive?

The neck holds its position until vibration or road shock exceeds the friction joint's resistance; heavier tablets near the 10-inch limit will drift first.
