Questions about this item

How do I install the 2.55 mm Twister Micro-Tuff Drill in my pneumatic tool, and what step is commonly missed?

Insert the 2.55 mm shank fully into the collet or chuck and tighten securely; the step often missed is verifying the shank seats completely before locking.

What maintenance or replacement will the 305M0255AM-1 drill need during its service life?

The cutting edges will dull with use; replace the drill when hole quality degrades or diameter tolerance is lost.

What limit appears first on the 2.55 mm drill under sustained high-speed drilling?

Heat buildup at the cutting tip reduces edge life and can cause premature wear or breakage.
