Compatibility check

Verify that your machine spindle or chuck accepts the shank configuration of this 1283 series tool before ordering. Confirm the workpiece material matches the drill’s intended cutting geometry and that your equipment can deliver the required speed and feed control. The product carries a California Proposition 65 warning for chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

Build integration

The double margin design improves hole straightness and surface finish while reducing the need for secondary finishing passes. It fits directly into standard tool holders, freeing up magazine slots by combining roughing and finishing capability in one pass. Proper coolant delivery and rigid workholding will maximise the tool’s service life.
