M.A. Ford Twister Xd 3X Solid Carbide Drill 10.80 mm 2XDSS4252A

Twister Xd 3X Solid Carbide Drill

The M.A. Ford Twister Xd 3X is a solid carbide drill built for high-performance drilling in demanding materials. Its 10.80 mm diameter suits precision hole-making in industrial and automotive workshops. The tool is supplied new and ships directly from the manufacturer. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Suited for production drilling.

Machinists running repeatable batch work will value the rigidity and wear resistance of solid carbide. Shops needing a single hole or working in soft materials may find a high-speed steel alternative more economical. Buyers who require coolant-through capability or a different flute geometry should verify specifications before ordering.

Fits standard tool holders, frees up cycle time

The shank matches common collets and holders used in CNC and manual machines, so no special adapters are needed. Rigid carbide construction allows higher cutting speeds, reducing cycle time per hole. Ensure machine spindle runout is minimal to protect the cutting edges and achieve full tool life.
