Portable PA for Live Sound

The Mackie Thrash212 GO is a battery-powered 12-inch loudspeaker built for musicians and presenters who need a self-contained PA. It delivers 300 watts of power and runs up to 10 hours on a single charge. A 2-channel mixer with gain controls accepts mic, line and Hi-Z signals through combo XLR-1/4" inputs. Built-in limiters protect the system during extended use.

Bundle Hardware and Connections

The package includes an Auray SS-4420 steel speaker stand with a 51-inch interior bag and a Kellards 20 ft XLR microphone cable. The speaker features a pole cup for secure mounting on the supplied stand. It can also be positioned as an angled floor monitor for stage monitoring. Bluetooth link allows wireless stereo pairing with a second unit for wider coverage.

Battery Runtime Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 10-hour maximum battery life on one charge. Buyers who need continuous operation beyond that window without mains access should look elsewhere. The 300-watt output and 12-inch driver define the available headroom for the venue size.
