Smart eight-slot charger for high-capacity AA cells

The Powerex MH-C800S charges up to eight AA NiMH batteries simultaneously at a 1000 mA rate. It ships with 16 AccuPower AA cells rated at 2900 mAh and 1.2 V, making the kit suitable for photographers, audio engineers and anyone who runs multiple devices on rechargeable AA power.

Worldwide input voltage

The charger accepts 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz and delivers 18 V at 1.0 A, so it works on mains supplies around the world without a separate adapter. Each slot manages its own cell, preventing overcharge when batteries of different ages or capacities are mixed. The only limitation is the fixed AA form factor; users needing AAA, C, D or 9 V sizes will require a different charger.
