Charger for AA and AAA cells

The MH-C801D charges up to eight AA or AAA nickel-metal hydride cells at once. It operates from 100 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz and delivers a 2000 mA charge current. The bundle includes eight AAA AccuLoop-X batteries rated at 1100 mAh and 1.2 Volt each.

Check your cells and mains supply

Ensure the batteries you intend to charge are NiMH type in AA or AAA size. The charger accepts a global input range of 100 to 240 VAC, so verify that your wall outlet matches this voltage and frequency. No other cell chemistries or sizes are supported by this unit.

Ready-to-use low-self-discharge batteries

The eight included AccuLoop-X AAA cells arrive pre-charged and hold their charge longer than standard NiMH batteries. This means they can be used straight from the pack and remain ready after months of storage. Two cards of four cells keep spares organised for immediate use.

Questions about this item

Does the MH-C801D package include both the charger and batteries, or do I need to buy the 1100 mAh AAA cells separately?

The box contains the MH-C801D 8-cell charger plus eight AAA AccuLoop-X NiMH batteries rated at 1100 mAh, so nothing extra is required to start charging.

Should I choose the 1100 mAh AAA AccuLoop-X cells or a different capacity for this charger?

The bundle already supplies eight 1100 mAh AAA AccuLoop-X NiMH batteries matched to the MH-C801D; no other capacity is included or needed for this set.

What does the 2000 mA charge rate mean when the MH-C801D is plugged into a 100-240 VAC outlet?

The charger delivers up to 2000 mA DC at 18 V to the cells, drawing 1200 mA from any 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz supply.
