Pro Light CC-197 Carrying Case

The Manfrotto Pro Light CC-197 is a black carrying case designed for large camcorders or DSLR cameras used with a video rig. It suits videographers and photographers who need to transport a rigged camera setup. Buyers who need a compact case for a bare camera body should look at smaller models.

Rugged Build for Rig Protection

The case uses a rigid shell to shield a mounted rig during transit. Internal dividers can be arranged to secure the specific shape of a camera and accessories. No tools are required for configuration. The latch mechanism is simple but must be fully engaged to prevent accidental opening.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Pro Light CC-197 is protecting my rig correctly after packing it?

Close the lid fully and press on the corners; the rigid shell should not flex and the latches must stay locked when you lift the case by its handle.

What ships inside the Pro Light CC-197 box and what must I purchase separately?

The case itself with its integrated handle and latches is included; dividers, shoulder straps or rain covers are not supplied and must be bought separately.
