Signal conversion

The Manhattan 153201 cable connects a DisplayPort source to an HDMI-equipped Ultra-HD display. It supports video resolution up to 4K at 60 Hz and carries high-definition audio formats including SACD, DVD-Audio, DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD. HDCP compatibility allows protected content playback. The cable is not bi-directional and converts the signal in one direction only.

Six-foot reach

The 6 ft length provides a practical link between a desktop or laptop and a nearby monitor or projector. Gold-plated contacts on both the 20-pin DisplayPort male and 19-pin HDMI male connectors resist corrosion and maintain signal integrity. A latching DisplayPort connector secures the connection against accidental disconnection. Plug-and-play operation requires no driver installation.

One-way adapter

This cable only converts a DisplayPort output to an HDMI input. It will not work for builders who need to connect an HDMI source to a DisplayPort display. Buyers who require bi-directional switching or conversion between other interface types should select a different product.
