Triangular Frame Camp Chair

The Marchway Triangle Camping Chair FCTRIA01KHA is a portable seat built for adults who need reliable rest on the trail. Its triangular frame distributes weight across multiple bars to increase load capacity and balance the centre of gravity. The chair supports up to 330 lbs while weighing only 2.7 lbs including its carry bag. Khaki polyester fabric covers the aviation-grade aluminium structure.

Packable Design For Minimalist Packs

The frame uses a shock-corded pole system that snaps together before the fabric seat slides onto four poles. Integrated Velcro straps secure the folded poles for tidy stowage inside or strapped onto a backpack. At 19.7 x 21.5 x 25.6 inches when open, the chair fits camp, beach, festival or hiking use without demanding heavy luggage space. Assembly takes under a minute on varied terrain.

Upgrade From Bulky Folding Chairs

This model replaces heavy steel-framed seats that exceed carry weight limits for backpackers and bikers. The jump is worth it when every gram counts and a 330 lb capacity is still required. Buyers who need a wider seat, a higher backrest or a built-in cup holder will not find those features here. The single-piece pole set also means no modular reconfiguration is possible.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the triangular frame support before it becomes the limiting factor?

The triangular frame with 15 mm aircraft-grade aluminum legs is rated for 330 lbs, so that is the maximum load the structure can handle.

Does the chair get hot or noisy after sitting in the sun all day?

The polyester seat is water-repellent ripstop fabric and the aluminum frame dissipates heat, so the chair stays comfortable and silent during extended outdoor use.

What separate items do I need to already own for this chair to function?

Nothing extra is required; the shock-corded frame, seat fabric, carry bag and integrated Velcro straps all come in the single 2.7 lb package.
