The Marks USA 22F/3-W-RHR is a mortise lockset built for dormitory and exit-door applications. Its F Function lets occupants leave by simply turning the inside knob, which retracts the bolt and shifts the rocker to prevent re-entry without a key. The lock is handed for right-hand doors and fits thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".

Panic-proof egress and keyed entry

The panic-proof design allows one-motion egress without manipulating a thumb turn, while the single-cylinder exterior requires a key for access. Keyed-different cylinders ensure each lock operates on its own key. The 1" deadbolt and 2-1/2" backset match standard mortise preparations for commercial installations.

Polished brass construction and mounting

Brass components with a polished brass US3 finish provide corrosion resistance and a traditional appearance. The 1" x 7-1/8" front face plate suits standard mortise pockets.
