Comforting Soft Toy

The Mary Meyer Putty Slate Blue Elephant is a plush companion made from super-soft, etched fabric in slate blue and creamy white. It measures approximately 12-inches tall from head to toe. The elephant features a soft fabric trunk and big ears designed for little hands to hold. This toy meets or exceeds US safety requirements for children's products.

Ideal for Young Children

This plush suits babies and toddlers who want a huggable friend with unique textures for sensory exploration. It is machine washable on a gentle cycle for easy care after everyday play. Collectors of the Putty family can add this elephant alongside other characters in the range. Buyers needing interactive electronic features or larger decorative pieces should look elsewhere.

12-Inch Height

The toy stands roughly 12-inches tall, making it a manageable size for small children to carry and cuddle. This dimension helps determine if it fits a cot, pram or gift box. The super-soft etched fabric provides a distinct tactile experience compared to standard plush materials. Machine washable care keeps the toy fresh without special cleaning products.

Questions about this item

How do I clean the 12-inch Putty elephant without damaging the etched fabric?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry; the toy meets US safety standards so the fabric and stitching hold up to repeated washing.

Will the super-soft etched fabric pill or lose its texture after months of daily hugging?

The premium Putty fabric is designed to resist pilling; gentle machine washing and air drying keep the slate-blue texture feeling new for a long time.

At what point does the 12-inch size become too small for an older child to carry around comfortably?

The 12-inch height suits toddlers and younger children; once a child prefers a larger companion they usually move up to a bigger plush.
