Soft Book for Tactile Development

The Mary Meyer Spotted Pony Soft Book measures 6 inches square and is designed for infants who seek sensory input. Eight satin Taggies ribbons border the fabric appliqué cover, while crinkle paper and an internal squeaker respond to grasping hands. The all-embroidered pages present a short bedtime narrative without loose parts.

Behaviour During Extended Play

Machine-washable construction with air-dry care allows the book to withstand daily mouthing, drool and repeated laundering without losing shape. The Velcro closure stays secure during active handling but releases easily for page turning. Crinkle and squeaker elements remain functional after multiple wash cycles, providing consistent feedback over months of use.

Eight-Page Format with Velcro Closure

The book contains exactly eight embroidered fabric pages bound by a single Velcro fastener, limiting the story length to a brief bedtime routine. Buyers who want a longer narrative or a ring-bound format that lies flat open will find this structure restrictive. The fixed page count and closure type define the reading experience.
