Soft teether rattle for infants

The Mary Meyer Sweetie Pineapple is a new plush keepsake designed for babies to grasp, shake and chew. A sewn-in silicone teether is free from BPA, PVC and phthalates, while the fully embroidered face removes hard parts for total softness. The pineapple character adds a kawaii accent to the nursery and suits gifting at baby showers.

Durable comfort through daily use

The all-embroidered construction avoids glued or plastic features that can detach after repeated shaking and mouthing. Silicone teether material resists wear from extended chewing sessions without degrading. Premium fabrics maintain their texture through regular handling and cleaning cycles.

Safe materials and easy care

BPA, PVC and phthalate-free silicone eliminates common chemical concerns during teething. Soft plush body stays gentle against sensitive skin during extended cuddling. The integrated design has no removable components that could pose a choking hazard during normal play.

Questions about this item

Does the 6-inch Sweetie Pineapple rattle make much noise when shaken all day?

The toy contains a gentle internal rattle designed for soft sound; the plush body muffles the shake so it stays quiet enough for nursery use.

What must I already have for this teether rattle to work?

Nothing extra is needed — the sewn-in silicone teether and embroidered face are built in, so the rattle is ready to use straight from the box.

Can I keep this Sweetie Pineapple alongside the 1933-era Mary Meyer toys we already own?

Yes — the same Vermont-made tradition and premium fabrics mean it fits right in with older Mary Meyer companions on the shelf or in the crib.
