Baby teether rattle with silicone ring

The Mary Meyer Taggies Lizzy Pink Axolotl combines an internal rattle with an external silicone teether ring. Measuring six inches, it offers both auditory stimulation and gum relief for infants. The plush axolotl features embroidered eyes, a stitched grin, and fuzzy gills. Satin loop tags are sewn around the body for tactile exploration.

Replaces basic rattles or teethers used separately

This single toy merges a shake-activated rattle and a beaded silicone teether, reducing the number of items a caregiver must carry. The jump is worth it when you want one handheld piece that satisfies both sensory curiosity and teething discomfort. The teether is free of BPA, PVC, and phthalates. It coordinates with the wider Taggies Axolotl collection for themed gifting.

Stays clean and intact through repeated daily use

Machine washing inside a mesh bag on a cold gentle cycle followed by air drying keeps the plush hygienic without damaging the sewn-in tags or teether. Construction meets or exceeds US safety standards for infant toys. Materials retain softness and structural integrity across many wash cycles. No electronic components are present to fail over time.
