Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The device is powered by a single 9V 6F22 battery which is not included in the package. As a handheld digital instrument it produces no audible fan noise and generates negligible heat during normal operation. Current draw is low enough for extended field sessions on one battery. The unit has no active cooling system and its thermal output does not affect measurement accuracy in typical ambient conditions.
