Shrink Tube Attachment for Master Appliance Heat

The Master Appliance 35017 is a reflector nozzle designed to direct hot air evenly around heat-shrink tubing, adhesives, plastics and sealers. It fits Master Appliance heat gun models PH-1000, PH-1100, PH-1200, PH-1400, PH-1500 and PH-1610, as well as the listed Grainger part numbers.

Reflector nozzle limits even heating to 1-1/4 inch

The attachment concentrates airflow on tubing up to 1-1/4 inches in outside diameter, so larger sleeves or bundles will not receive uniform heat. It also requires a compatible Master Appliance heat gun; it cannot be used with other brands or unlisted models.

1-1/4 inch outside diameter matches your largest

Choose this attachment only when the biggest heat-shrink tubing in the job measures 1-1/4 inches outside diameter; smaller tubing works but larger sizes will not shrink correctly.

Questions about this item

Will the 1 1/4 in reflector nozzle fit the PH-1200 heat gun I already own?

Yes, the attachment is compatible with the PH-1200 as well as the PH-1000, PH-1100, PH-1400, PH-1500 and PH-1610 models.

Does the reflector design heat the full circumference of shrink tubing at once?

The reflector nozzle wraps hot air around the tubing so all sides shrink evenly without constantly rotating the gun.

The attachment fits Grainger part numbers 3ZLU3, 3ZLU1, 3W771, 3KH79, 31EN99 and 5PYP5 alongside the Master Appliance PH series.
