Adhesive vinyl labels with write-on surface for equipment lockout identification, six per pack
The Master Lock 0411-5705 pack supplies six vinyl identification labels designed for lock-out/tag-out safety programs. Each label measures 2 3/8 by 1 inch and uses a permanent adhesive backing for direct mounting on equipment. The set is intended for maintenance teams and authorised personnel who need to identify locked-out energy sources clearly.
Pre-printed headers and legends remove the variability of handwritten warnings and resist smudging in oily or wet environments. The jump is worth it when a facility audit requires standardised, legible identification on every isolation point. Labels survive temperatures from -40 to 200 degrees F without curling or losing adhesion.
A single package provides enough labels for a typical multi-point shutdown or a small departmental kit. The write-on surface accepts marker ink for adding names, departments or dates, but the vinyl substrate will not accept thermal-transfer or laser printing. Buyers needing larger legends, metal-detectable material or dual-language headers will need a different product.

Each label measures 2 3/8 inches high by 1 inch wide, so allow at least that flat area per label on the equipment.
Clean the mounting surface thoroughly, peel the liner, press the label firmly across its full 2 3/8 in height, and avoid touching the adhesive.
Replace any label that has been exposed above 200 °F or below -40 °F, or if the vinyl becomes brittle, faded, or no longer adheres.
