Brass body and steel shackle

This Master Lock padlock uses a brass body with a laminated silver finish and a steel shackle. It is built for outdoor gates, sheds and storage units where weather resistance matters. The 4-pin cylinder operates on the Master K6000 keyway and each lock is keyed differently. The shackle clears 2 inches in height and 5/8 inch in width for standard hasps and chains.

Four-pin cylinder and single bumper

The lock contains four pins and one bumper, giving basic pick resistance for low-risk applications. It opens only with its own key, numbered 2525, and cannot be rekeyed or fitted with an interchangeable core. Control-key registration is not required, so management stays simple. Buyers who need master-keyed systems or higher pin counts should look elsewhere.

Weather-resistant construction

The brass body and steel shackle are rated weather resistant for normal outdoor exposure. No electronic components are present, so there is no power draw, fan noise or thermal output to consider. The laminated finish helps protect the brass surface from corrosion over time. The lock ships new and complies with California Proposition 65 labelling requirements.
