This Master Lock safety padlock is designed for lockout procedures where individual key control is required. The teal thermoplastic body measures three inches high and three-quarters of an inch thick. It features a metal open shackle with a one-quarter inch diameter and a vertical clearance of one and a half inches. The cylinder is reserved for safety applications and the key is non-removable when the padlock is open.

Keyed Different with Chemical Resistance

Each padlock is keyed differently so that no two locks share the same key, supporting strict personal accountability during isolation tasks. The thermoplastic body resists chemicals commonly found in industrial environments. Horizontal shackle clearance is thirteen sixteenths of an inch, providing space for typical hasp or chain attachments. The open shackle design limits use to situations where the shackle can be fully inserted through the isolation point. Vertical and horizontal clearances of one and a half inches and thirteen sixteenths of an inch respectively restrict compatibility with thicker or oddly spaced lockout points.
