Magnetic Strip for Indoor and Outdoor Use

This Master Magnetics roll magnet provides a flexible magnetic surface fifty feet long and one inch wide. The dry mixture of ferrite powder and rubber polymer resin delivers a maximum pull of thirteen pounds. It operates reliably from minus fifteen to one hundred sixty degrees Fahrenheit.

Check Surface and Mounting Requirements

Verify that the mounting area is clean, dry and flat so the non-magnetic adhesive side bonds securely. Confirm the application temperature falls within the rated range before installation. Ensure the one-inch width matches the space available for the strip.

Integration Into Projects and Builds

The flexible roll can be cut to custom lengths for sealing, holding or signage tasks. The adhesive backing eliminates the need for separate fasteners on compatible surfaces. Its temperature stability allows use in workshops, vehicles and exterior settings without additional protection.

Questions about this item

What does the 50 ft roll of magnetic strip include and is adhesive already applied?

The roll is 50 ft long, 1 in wide and 0.06 in thick with a dry ferrite-rubber mixture; one side has indoor/outdoor adhesive already applied.

When should I choose this 1 in wide, 0.06 in thick strip versus a different width or thickness?

Choose this version when you need 13 lb maximum pull per inch of width across a 50 ft continuous length for indoor or outdoor mounting.

How does the 13 lb pull rating hold up between -15 °F and 160 °F in a real installation?

The ferrite-rubber blend maintains its 13 lb pull across the full -15 °F to 160 °F range, so holding power stays consistent in cold winters and hot summers.
