Movie-accurate Spinosaurus for young fans

The Mattel JGB56 Tail Thrasher Spinosaurus brings the Jurassic World Rebirth dinosaur into the playroom. It is sized for children aged four and up who want a screen-accurate figure with moving parts. The multicolour design matches the film’s boxy sail and multi-sectioned tail. This figure suits solo storytelling or group battles with other toys. It is not for collectors who need a static display model without action features.

Button-activated tail swipe and head thrash

Pressing the button on the figure’s back triggers a realistic tail swipe plus a side-to-side head thrash and chomp. The attack speed increases the faster the button is pressed, giving direct physical control. No batteries or external power are mentioned in the specifications. The mechanism is built into the figure itself, so play does not depend on an app or a separate device. It is not for buyers who want programmable or remote-controlled movement.

Posable joints and app-linked digital play

Joints on the body allow battle poses and dynamic positioning during play. A code on the foot unlocks augmented-reality activities and a digital collection in the free Jurassic World Play App, though a compatible smart device is not included. The app also offers a racing game across land, air and sea. The package includes only the single dinosaur figure. It is not for households without access to a smartphone or tablet who want the full digital feature set.
