Clear slim cases for disc protection

Maxell 190900 CD356 cases hold one CD or DVD each in a 5 mm clear shell. The twenty-pack suits anyone archiving music, data or video who wants a thin, uniform library on a shelf.

Double-throw latches and dust barrier

Each case uses a double-throw latch that clicks shut and resists accidental opening. The tight seal keeps dust, dirt and debris off the disc surface during long-term storage.

Snap-in hub installs in seconds

Press the disc onto the central hub until it clicks; no tools or screws are required. The slim profile leaves no room for a full-size booklet, so users needing liner notes must store paperwork separately.

Questions about this item

Will the Double-Throw latches on these 190900 cases need replacement over time?

The Double-Throw latches are designed to be tough for repeated opening and closing, and the pack includes twenty cases so spares are on hand if a latch ever fails.

What is the first limit reached when these slim cases are used continuously for daily disc swaps?

At 5 mm thick, the CD356 shells fit tightly on crowded shelves, so shelf space runs out before the cases themselves wear out.

Do the clear CD356 cases generate any heat or noise when stored on a shelf all day?

The cases are passive plastic shells with no moving parts or electronics, so they produce zero heat and zero noise during long-term storage.
