A built-in timer allows up to 48 hours of continuous operation. The base-mounted fan and heater circulate air evenly across all trays.

The 12.5-inch square trays suit batch preparation of snacks and preserves. Buyers needing larger capacity or stainless-steel trays should consider other models. The unit draws 500 watts at 120 volts, so a suitable outlet is required. It is not designed for continuous commercial use.

Five 12.5-inch BPA-free drying trays

Five trays provide a total drying area of roughly five square feet. Each tray measures 12.5 inches by 12.5 inches. The white housing stands 8.25 inches high with a 12.8-inch footprint. All surfaces are food-safe and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
