Professional Sommelier's Corkscrew

The MAXI-MATIC Onyx is a double-hinged wine opener designed for professional sommeliers, bartenders, and home enthusiasts. Its spring-loaded lever enables easy one-motion cork removal from both new and aged bottles. The tool weighs 0.091 kilograms and operates without external power.

Integrated Foil Cutter and Bottle Opener

A sharp, curved foil cutter slices cleanly through capsule foil and can handle cardboard case seals or juice cans during bar preparation. The built-in crown cap lifter adds beer bottle opening to its repertoire. These combined functions reduce the need for separate tools during service.

Stainless Steel Construction

The stainless steel body carries a manufacturer claim of one million bottle openings. Grooves on the corkscrew worm eliminate squeaking during insertion and extraction for silent operation. The ergonomic shape fits comfortably in hand for repeated use behind the bar or at the table.
