Visor 2-Light 36" Black Vanity Light

The Maxim 24758FTBK Visor is a 36-inch black vanity light designed for bathroom installation. Dual black aluminium channels support a frosted acrylic diffuser that projects light into the room. It can be mounted horizontally above a mirror or vertically on each side. The fixture suits residential bathrooms seeking a streamlined linear appearance.

Check mounting space and wiring before ordering

Verify that the wall area provides at least 36 inches of clear horizontal or vertical space for the chosen orientation. Confirm the existing junction box location aligns with the fixture’s mounting points. Ensure the circuit and switch are rated for the intended load and that local codes permit the installation method.

Replaces older single-bulb or shorter vanity bars

This two-light linear unit upgrades from basic single-lamp fixtures or shorter strips by spreading illumination across a wider diffuser. The jump is worth it when the current light leaves shadows at the mirror edges or when a remodel calls for a clean black finish. Buyers needing more than two light sources or a different finish should consider other options.
