Flush Mount Light 16" Grass Cloth

The Maxim Mfg. 10220GC Prime is a 16-inch three-light flush mount finished with a grass cloth shade and an internal acrylic diffuser. Its twist-lock design removes visible hardware for a clean ceiling appearance. The fixture suits residential and commercial interiors seeking simple overhead illumination.

Buyers wanting fabric-shade ambient light

This fixture suits buyers who want a low-profile ceiling light with a fabric shade that diffuses output evenly. It is not for installations requiring adjustable aiming, directional task lighting, or compatibility with smart-home control protocols not mentioned in the specifications.

Three-Light Output Configuration

The unit provides three lamp sockets, which determines the total lumen output and bulb replacement cost. Verify that the wattage and base type you prefer match this socket count before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Maxim 10220GC flush mount and which step do people often miss?

Mount the base to the junction box, connect the wires, then twist-lock the grass cloth shade onto the internal acrylic diffuser until it clicks; the step most often missed is fully rotating the shade to engage the lock.

What maintenance or replacement will the Maxim 10220GC need over time?

The integrated LED module is not user-replaceable; when output degrades the entire fixture must be replaced, though the grass cloth shade can be removed for dusting with a soft brush.

What limit appears first on the Maxim 10220GC during sustained use?

Heat buildup inside the sealed drum is the first limit; the acrylic diffuser and grass cloth shade trap warmth, so continuous operation in poorly ventilated ceilings may shorten LED life.
