What the fixture is

The Maxim Mfg. 11841CDABBK Sleek is a single-light bath vanity finished in matte Black with Antique Brass socket covers and Clear Seedy glass cylinders. It is a new decorative lighting piece intended for bathroom installation.

Who this suits and who it does not

This fixture suits buyers wanting a clean, easily maintained vanity light that coordinates with a stylish bathroom. It does not meet the need for multi-light output, dimming control, or integrated smart-home connectivity.

The deciding specification

The single-light configuration is the specification that decides fit; one cylinder provides focused illumination rather than broad coverage. California Proposition 65 warnings note chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the single-light version or a multi-light vanity?

The 11841 model is a one-light fixture; choose it when a single focused glow suits the mirror width, otherwise select a multi-light bar for broader coverage.

How much usable light does the single cylinder deliver in a real bathroom?

One clear seedy-glass cylinder directs light downward over the vanity, giving a concentrated pool for grooming tasks rather than wide ambient fill.

What mounting standard does the matte black frame use and what does it limit?

The frame mounts to a standard junction box, so installation is limited to locations with an existing ceiling or wall box.
