Maxim Mfg. 57699WTWT Chip 18W LED Flush Mount

Chip 18W LED Flush Mount

The Maxim Mfg. 57699WTWT is an entry-level square flush mount from the Chip collection. It uses integrated edge-lit LED technology to deliver even, bright illumination without a separate driver. The white-finished fixture is built from steel and polycarbonate with an aluminum backing. It is safety rated for wet locations, making it suitable for damp indoor or outdoor areas.

Homeowners wanting an affordable surface-mount

This fixture suits residential projects that need a simple, low-profile replacement for recessed can lights. The integrated 18-watt LED means no bulb changes are required. Buyers who need a dimmable fitting, a different colour temperature, or a longer warranty period should look at other ranges. The one-year limited manufacturer warranty covers the unit under normal use.

18-watt integrated LED output

The single PCB LED module provides a consistent surface-mount light source for general room lighting. It comfortably handles standard residential ceiling installations in hallways, bathrooms or covered porches. The driverless design keeps the profile slim but offers no provision for light-level adjustment. Output is fixed at the factory setting, so spaces needing variable brightness will need a different solution.
