This lockset installs into the standard 161 door preparation with a 2-3/4" backset and 2-1/8" bore. It accommodates wood or metal doors from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick without adjustment. Separate spring mechanisms for each lever prevent arm sag and hold the lever horizontal. Reinforced removable studs stop the rosettes from twisting during use.
