Commercial Grade 2 Classroom Lever

The MAXTECH C13015-26D is a Grade 2 cylindrical lockset built for commercial and institutional doors. It suits classrooms, offices, vestibules and storerooms where ADA-compliant lever operation is required. The satin chrome US26D finish resists corrosion in high-traffic environments.

2-3/4" Backset with ASA Strike

A corrosion-treated cold-rolled case and wrought brass or bronze front and strike handle daily abuse. The solid brass 1/2" throw latchbolt is reversible for right- or left-hand doors and adjusts for flat or beveled edges. Separate spring mechanisms for each lever prevent sag and maintain a horizontal position through 50° of travel.

Replaces Lower-Grade Tubular Locks

This lockset upgrades from residential tubular hardware where key control, lever return and heavy-duty cycle life matter. It fits wood or metal doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with a standard 2-3/4" backset. The SC4 keyway accepts cylinders from Schlage, Arrow, Marks and other major brands for simple rekeying. Not suited for buyers who need electrified access control or mortise lock strength.
