The MAXTECH IC1306 is a single-cylinder deadbolt designed for new installations or replacements on residential and light-commercial doors. It features a polished brass US3 finish and an adjustable backset that fits standard door preparations. The lock body accepts six- or seven-pin interchangeable cores, which are sold separately, allowing keying flexibility for property managers and owners.

Suits Doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" Thick

This deadbolt fits doors ranging from 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches thick and covers a backset range of 2-3/8 inches to 2-3/4 inches. It is not suitable for doors outside this thickness range or for non-standard backset preparations. Buyers needing a double-cylinder function or an included core should consider other options.

Core Sold Separately — Compatible

The single specification that decides fit is the interchangeable core requirement: the IC1306 ships without a core and operates only with compatible six-pin IC0626A or seven-pin IC0726A cylinders. Without purchasing one of these cores separately, the lock cannot be keyed or operated.
